This Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) governs your use of AIEmployee Support’s services, including any website, platform, or software (the “Service”) provided by AIEmployee Support (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Statement.

Service Description

AIEmployee Support provides businesses with AI-driven virtual assistants designed to streamline operations, enhance communication, and improve productivity. The services offered by AIEmployee Support are available through a web-based platform, which provides customers access to our AI solutions for tasks such as email assistance, WhatsApp support, task automation, and data insights.

Service Access and Use

By subscribing to our services, you are granted access to a virtual assistant platform that allows you to manage various business processes. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and only for lawful purposes.

Support Services

AIEmployee Support offers various levels of support to ensure our customers get the help they need. Standard business hours are:

  • Asia Pacific (APAC): 8 AM — 8 PM GMT+11, Monday — Friday
  • Americas: 8 AM — 8 PM ET, Monday — Friday
  • Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA): 8 AM — 8 PM GMT, Monday — Friday

Support services may be available 24/7 depending on the level of service you purchase. Response times will vary based on the severity of the issue:

  • Severity 1 (Urgent): 1 hour response time
  • Severity 2 (High): 2 business days
  • Severity 3 (Medium): 2 business days
  • Severity 4 (Low): 2 business days

Billing and Payments

Billing for our services is annual, payable upfront, except for services purchased separately, such as consulting services. Your billing will begin on the start date specified in your Order Form.

If you exceed the allocated usage limits, additional fees will apply based on your usage, and those will be reflected in your billing statement.

Data Transfer

If you use AIEmployee Support services hosted on our platform, data may be transferred to servers located in the United States. We will ensure that your data is protected according to industry standards, and we will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard it.

Miscellaneous

AIEmployee Support will provide you access to the Service as per this Agreement. We retain ownership of any software or hardware used to deliver the Service. You agree to support us with reasonable reference activities, such as press releases, case studies, and speaking engagements.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIEmployee Support will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

The terms and conditions for using AIEmployee Support’s services will apply based on your signed agreement or, in the absence of such an agreement, the applicable sales terms available upon request. AIEmployee Support reserves the right to modify or update these terms from time to time, and such changes will be effective when posted.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach that is not remedied within a specified time. Upon termination, you will cease using the Service and pay any outstanding fees.
